Have you already used steamvr with the reverb? Provided you've done that then right-click on euro truck simulator 2, select properties, beta tab and then opt into "oculus - Oculus/Vive - 1.39 - (SDK 1.4.0)" Then, when you start ETS2 it should start streamvr and the game should appear in the headset.

If I have the headset laying on the desk when I start the game it puts me in odd places sometimes. Also try calibrating your VR in SteamVR. Not sure if you've used it yet or not but you can find it by hovering over your Library tab and then selecting tools, scroll down to find SteamVR (it's a free install) and run it after it installs.
Open the config.cfg (located in C:\Users*Your username*\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\Euro Truck Simulator 2) in notepad or notepad++ and look for uset g_trackir “1” change the 1 to a 0. Looked in the wrong config file. This is the solution. Will try TrackIR with some older games. Thank you for your support.
When playing ETS2 in vr load up to profile screen then the mouse freezes unable to get any pass this screen yes done all the steam settings of late steam beta controller.If you run it on flat screen no problems it's just VR all drivers are up to date using a reverb G2 I9 intel RTX3070 32gb of memory also happens with ATS even got a new mouse(£47) Razer anyone any help
Only got as far as installing from steam, adding a few mods, and configuring my controller so far. I'll try to fire the game up tonight with -openvr and see if it works. I set the controls and graphics options in monitor mode. Unsure which gfx options will end up working.. I don't even know if it looks passable in VR yet ;P.
