I think it is a crack somewhere the middle part of the panel ( I bent here when I reproduce the problem) , I check the parts visually, but I can not find the problem. If you replace the inst cluster with a used one, (MK3/3.5) its plug/play apart from needing IDS to reset mileage correct, if new, IDS etc. to program inc all keys. Edited by RB446 on Wednesday 6th

The cluster all works only the frost warning is on, the mid cluster is all off and already changed for a new one, also if everyting works forscan give no faults and if the fault is there forscan can not comunicate with the car.

Car: 08 plate Mondeo MK4 (analogue fuel meter). Had to call out breakdown service as car wouldn't start. Breakdown driver tried to squirt stuff up air intake to see if car would start and it wouldn't. Transported car to local Ford delaership. Upon arival (on low loader) car started whilst angled downhill. iwIgqe.
