Town Portal is a 4th level spell in the School of Earth Magic . At a basic level, it teleports the casting hero to the nearest allied town. However, if the hero has Advanced or Expert Earth Magic, Town Portal teleports the hero to any allied town, at the players choice. The hero cannot teleport to a town which has a visiting hero. This town is one of the most expensive towns in the game. The creature cost a lot to bring out and some of the buildings cost a little too much, making it one of the slower towns. Mandate of Heaven is the best M&M game, and 3 is the best heroes game. I think the thing that I love most about 6 is that they had some truly badass high-level zones. Dragon Sands and Paradise Valley were really hard zones, but they were extremely rewarding when you were able to clear them.
